Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fiidds (“Fiidds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit https://fiidds.com, use the Fiidds application, or otherwise use our services (together, the “Service”).
Who we are
Fiidds is a software product operated by Sadique Technologies, a software company based in India. Fiidds provides collaborative workspaces for composing, reviewing, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing social media content.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fiidds website, application, connected services, and related features operated by us.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information made available through Google authentication, including your name, email address, and profile picture where available.
We use this information to create and identify your Fiidds account, authenticate you, and associate your account with the appropriate workspace.
We do not use your Google account to access unrelated Google services or content beyond the permissions required for authentication.
Workspace information
When you create or participate in a workspace, we may collect and process information such as the workspace name, workspace identifier, workspace URL code, time zone, member information, roles, permissions, and other workspace settings.
Content you provide
We collect and process content and information that you choose to create, upload, or store in Fiidds, including:
- Draft posts and published posts;
- Text, captions, links, and other post content;
- Images, videos, and other media assets;
- Comments and internal collaboration information;
- Approval and rejection information;
- Scheduling and publishing preferences; and
- Other information you voluntarily provide while using the Service.
Connected social media accounts
Fiidds allows workspace administrators or authorized users to connect supported social media accounts and pages to a workspace.
When you connect a social media account, we may receive information made available to us by the applicable platform through its API and based on the permissions you authorize.
Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this may include account or page identifiers, profile information, access credentials or tokens, publishing capabilities, content, media, publishing results, permalinks, delivery status, engagement information, impressions, or other analytics made available through the integration.
Fiidds uses this information to provide the social media functionality you request, including connecting accounts, publishing content, retrieving publishing results, and providing analytics.
Fiidds does not use connected social media account data for advertising or sell that information to third parties.
Technical and usage information
We may automatically collect technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages or features accessed, timestamps, and information about how you interact with the Service.
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Fiidds.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Fiidds;
- Create and manage accounts and workspaces;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Manage workspace members, roles, and permissions;
- Provide content creation and collaboration features;
- Manage approval and review workflows;
- Schedule and publish content to connected social accounts;
- Retrieve publishing results and analytics;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests;
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- Maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
- Understand product usage and improve Fiidds; and
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use your content or connected social-account data for targeted advertising.
Social platform data
Fiidds may integrate with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms that we may support in the future.
The information available through each integration depends on the platform, the permissions granted by the user, and the functionality supported by that platform.
We process information obtained through these integrations only to provide the functionality requested by the user, such as account connection, content publishing, scheduling, publishing status, and analytics.
Disconnecting a social account prevents Fiidds from using that connection for future operations. We remove the associated authorization tokens when the connection is disconnected. You may also revoke Fiidds' permissions directly through the applicable platform's account settings.
Third-party social media platforms operate independently of Fiidds and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those platforms independently process information.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or another applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract — to provide Fiidds and the features you request;
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and prevent abuse;
- Consent — where you have provided consent and applicable law requires it, including certain third-party integrations; and
- Legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful request.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How we share information
We may share information with third parties only where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or operate Fiidds.
Authentication providers
We use Google authentication to allow users to sign in to Fiidds. The information received through Google authentication is used for account creation and authentication.
Social media platforms
When you instruct Fiidds to publish content or retrieve information from a connected social media account, the necessary information is transmitted to the applicable platform through its authorized API.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers for infrastructure, cloud hosting, databases, storage, authentication, communications, monitoring, security, analytics, and other services necessary to operate Fiidds.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services and are expected to handle it in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or to protect our rights, users, systems, or property.
Cookies and local storage
Fiidds uses essential cookies and similar technologies where necessary to provide core functionality, maintain authenticated sessions, and protect accounts.
We may also use browser local storage to remember application preferences, such as display settings and theme preferences.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for targeted advertising.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Fiidds, maintain your account or workspace, provide requested functionality, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
When you disconnect a social media account, we remove the associated authorization tokens and stop using that connection for future operations. Other information associated with the connection may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
When you delete content, your account, or your workspace, the associated data enters our deletion process. Data scheduled for deletion is permanently deleted from our systems after 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law or where certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, or compliance purposes.
During this 30-day period, deleted data may remain in our systems while the deletion process is completed. Information contained in backups or disaster-recovery systems may also be retained temporarily until those systems are rotated or overwritten in accordance with our retention practices.
International data transfers
Fiidds and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, or delete your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
To exercise applicable privacy rights or ask questions about how your information is handled, contact us at [email protected].
Where the relevant functionality is available, you may also disconnect connected social accounts, remove content, or delete your workspace directly within Fiidds.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Depending on the Service, these measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication controls, scoped authorization tokens, database access controls, logging, and security monitoring.
However, no method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Fiidds is intended for businesses, teams, organizations, and other users who are legally capable of using the Service. The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without appropriate authorization where required by law.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Third-party websites and services
Fiidds may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, APIs, and services. Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service you connect to Fiidds.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Fiidds, integrations, technology, or legal requirements change.
When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through Fiidds, our website, by email, or by another appropriate method where required by applicable law.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of this Privacy Policy became effective.
