These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://fiidds.com and the Fiidds application (together, the “Service”) provided by Fiidds (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and workspaces

• You must sign in with a Google account and provide accurate information about yourself and, if applicable, your company.
• Each workspace belongs to the company that created it. You are responsible for members you invite and for activities that occur under your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• Safeguard your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate the terms, policies or automation rules of any social media platform connected through the Service;
• Publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful or harmful content;
• Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or publish spam;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe its vulnerabilities, or bypass its security controls;
• Access the Service to build a competing product or scrape data at scale.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize us to take actions on that account as needed to operate the Service (such as publishing scheduled posts). You confirm you have the right to grant this authorization, and you understand that platform-side rules apply to everything published through it.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store and process it — including transmitting it to the platforms you target — solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use the media you upload.

Availability and beta status

The Service is currently offered in beta. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and beta features may contain defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Fees and payment

The Service is free during the beta period. If paid plans are introduced, we will present pricing and billing terms before charging anything, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or during extended inactivity after prior notice where feasible.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that publishing through third- party platforms will be successful or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiidds and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Drafting note: specify jurisdiction.] Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
